Since 2007, Ann Marie has grown her practice to treat clients with massage therapy, lymphatic movement, cupping, Gua Sha and other holistic modalities to treat the person as a whole. CUSTOMIZED MASSAGE

​These sessions are restorative and relaxing. A variety of healing techniques may be used to guide the body and mind into balance. Please allow a few minutes before each session to discuss concerns.
LYMPHATIC MOVEMENT
$135/$175​
This treatment addresses the specific movement of our lymphatic fluid from tissues back to the lymph nodes. Full body or localized lymphatic movement may be done in this session. Great for immunity resets, digestion aid, injury and post-op recovery, prenatal and post partum swelling, sinusitis, allergies and much more.
CUPPING & GUA SHA
complimentary with 60 or 90 minute massage
​Cupping is the use of silicone cups to create a suction or a pull of stiff and restrictive tissues to help relieve tension or promote circulation.
Gua Sha is the act of superficial scraping to break down adhesions in the muscles and soft tissue.
Marks may be left behind from both sessions temporarily.
